Topping options: crumbled blue cheese, Parmesan shavings, sliced prosciutto or salami, crumbled bacon, halved grape tomatoes, radish slices, grilled asparagus tips, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, sliced olives, marinated artichokes or mushrooms, pickled beets, pesto, toasted nuts, fresh herbs or microgreens
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Arrange bread slices on baking sheet. Brush each slice with oil on both sides. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly toasted on both sides, turning halfway. Remove from oven; lightly rub tops with garlic clove. Cool.
Top each bread slice with 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese, 1 teaspoon FarmToFork™ Pasta Sauce of your choosing, and your choice of cheese, meat and vegetable toppings.
