Pasta with Grilled Lobster & Sweet Corn

Yield: 6 Servings | Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes



  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook pasta in salted water as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm. 
  2. Meanwhile, combine butter, red pepper, garlic, salt and black pepper in medium bowl. Brush corn with half the butter mixture. Grill cobs 6-7 minutes or until tender and charred on all sides, turning occasionally. Cool slightly; cut kernels off cob. 
  3. Brush lobster with remaining butter mixture. Place lobster, cut side down, on grill. Close lid; grill 4-6 minutes or until lightly marked and done. Keep warm. 
  4. Heat oil and shallots in large deep skillet on medium heat. Cook 3-4 minutes or until shallots are softened. Stir in tomatoes and FarmToFork™ Spicy Marinara Sauce; bring to a simmer.  Add pasta, corn kernels and basil; toss gently until heated through. Serve with lobster halves, lemon zest, lemon wedges and additional basil.
