Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 5-7 minutes or until browned, breaking up large pieces with wooden spoon. Reduce heat to medium; add fennel and shallots. Cook 8-10 minutes or until softened and caramelized, stirring frequently. Stir in FarmToFork™ Caramelized Onion & Roasted Garlic Sauce; mix until heated through.
Meanwhile, cook tortellini as directed on package. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta cooking water. Add tortellini to skillet. Mix gently while adding reserved pasta water as needed until combined. Sprinkle with reserved fennel fronds and cheese before serving
